Shipping and Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

All digital goods sales are final. This includes ebooks and audiobooks.

Refunds for physical goods (paperbacks and hard covers) are given only for faulty / damaged items. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item (per tracking dates) and we'll be happy to replace your damaged item or refund your payment.

Emails should be sent to david@dlyoungfiction.com and use "returns" in subject line and include name, order number, reason for return, and photographs of faulty / damaged item.

SHIPPING POLICY

When you purchase goods from our site (DL Young Store, hereafter known as the Site), the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

  1. ​Digital goods are delivered instantly by an email from BookFunnel to the email address you used at Checkout. If you do not see it, please check your Spam, or if using Gmail, check your Promotions tab.
  2. Print books are delivered in the United States by USPS shipping with tracking numbers.

Average shipping times:

USPS Economy - 5 - 7 working days

USPS Priority - 3 - 6 working days

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient if physical goods. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of inaccurate or incomplete customer-provided information at checkout.
